At The Bellecourt Residencies, you can choose from basically two types of plans. That will naturally depend on your needs as a family as well as that in the future. There is the Regular Unit Plan and then we have the Special Unit Plan. The best part about both of these plans is that they both come in two stories.  The Regular Unit Townhouse will come in lot area that ranges from 50-59 sq. m and the floor area that you would be getting will be 56 sq. m. This comes with two to three bedrooms, one toilet and bath that would also be accompanied with a shower room and other functionalities like, the carport, kitchen, dining, living areas and service area. All this has been effectively managed in the space provided. 

If you the Special Unit Plan you will own about 73-144 sq. m of space and a floor area of 63 sq. m. This will have similar amenities but will extra spacious. Now it comes to other amenities that you can avail at The BelleCourt Residencies. It boasts of much larger connecting concrete roads as compared to what is provided at other gated communities. It has a broad entrance gate that impresses you the moment you step inside here.
